Press Room

Katie Huey is a coach, facilitator, and author whose work centers on how people find words for the experiences that are hardest to talk about — grief, transition, and the quiet unraveling that comes with stepping into new roles. She works with reluctant individuals navigating the personal and professional shifts, new parents redefining what "capable" looks like, and anyone whose planned-for trajectory got derailed and is figuring out what comes next.

Katie is the author of Grief Cookies & Other Comforting Things, an essay collection on loss, healing, and finding beauty after sudden death.

She speaks and writes on role transitions, human-centered personal development, and what it means to bring your whole, unfinished self to what life is calling you to next.
